During our recent visit to Munnar, my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Tea Dale. Our warm and attentive host, Mr. Kaniraj, truly made us feel like part of his family. The meals served were exceptionally tasty and served piping hot. Notably, the tea and coffee provided were the best we had in India! The rooms were impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Mr. Kaniraj went above and beyond to ensure our stay was remarkable, even introducing us to the exceptional auto driver, Mr. Muthu, who showed us around Munnar at a reasonable rate.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Tea Dale offers a unique and different experience compared to other resorts. The food has a homely taste and the tea is especially awesome. The resort owner, Mr. Kani, is an amazing person who provides excellent hospitality and can guide guests to the best places to visit. The comfortable rooms with a view of the tea estate and the availability of hot water 24/7 are great. There is also the option to enjoy a walk or jog in the morning to the nearby Pothamedu viewpoint. Additionally, the resort owner can arrange transport for guests and even organizes trekking experiences.
Felt free to seek any assistance, no complaints at all.

The room at Tea Dale with the Tea Estate view was absolutely stunning! The tile/marble floor gave it a classy touch, and the private entrance made us feel like VIP guests. We loved the seating area where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful view. As someone who appreciates simplicity and elegance, this room was perfect for me.
I would have liked if the room had a bit more natural light. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

The room at Tea Dale had a cozy and homely feel to it, with a tile/marble floor that gave it a touch of elegance. The seating area was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring, and the private entrance added a sense of exclusivity. And the best part? The breathtaking view of the Tea Estate right from our room!
Personally, I would have preferred a room with carpeted floors instead of the tile/marble floor. But hey, that's just my preference.

We had an incredible stay at a picturesque hotel nestled amidst lush greenery. the spacious room provided breathtaking views of the surrounding tea estate. the friendly host offered us a delicious homemade breakfast and dinner, allowing us to indulge in traditional flavors. the helpful staff arranged for a guided trekking experience to an enchanting peak nearby, making our stay truly memorable. the attentive driver provided convenient transportation to explore the nearby attractions. a delightful experience with impeccable service and stunning views.
The neighborhood surroundings were marred by unsightly rubbish, which was beyond the hotel's control.

Amazing service and personalized attention. The owner is always available to help. The location is perfect, close to the center but peaceful. The food is delicious, especially the Thali. The rooms are comfortable and have a beautiful view of the tea plantation. The in-house tours are reasonably priced and catered to your interests. a great experience.
Occasional cleaning of the rooms could be improved. It would be nice to have heaters provided on demand.
